I spent a wonderful 4th of July at the Goose Creek Municipal Center listening to music and watching a wonderful fireworks display. There were vendors selling candy and snacks, and the weather was great. Best of all, I had friends who came out to share the day with me.
In addition to the standard gallery, I’ve included a Youtube video. I’ve slowly started to explore the elusive video function on my camera. It seems that I can actually capture somewhat decent video as long as I have a tripod handy. It was worth it this one time to lug the tripod around with me 4-5 hours. I wouldn’t have been able to capture half the fireworks shots I took or the video without it. I hope you all enjoy.
