You don’t often see snow in the low country of South Carolina.\u00a0 It was a wonderful Friday night and Saturday morning.\u00a0 I think this is the third time I’ve seen snow in South Carolina since 1989.\u00a0 Every time it has happened, the state effectively closes down for lack of snow clearing equipment and to keep SC drivers off the road.\u00a0 Fortunately, this snow fall happened at a wonderful time.\u00a0 It started on a Friday night, and most of it melted by nightfall on Saturday.\u00a0 The neighborhood kids had a wonderful morning making snowmen and having snowball fights.\u00a0 After playing in it a while, I pulled out the camera to see how different the neighborhood and Goose Creek looks.\u00a0 I hope you enjoy the pictures.\u00a0 I sure enjoyed taking them.<\/p>\n
